Return & Exchange Policy
Please check that goods ordered are received in good condition upon delivery. Order cancellation after purchase has been made before or after item dispatch is non-refundable. Purchased product after item dispatch are non-returnable despite the product is not opened, is returned in its original packaging and comes with its receipt with the EXCEPTION for faulty condition proofed to be caused by Food Forge or the manufacturer of the product. Instances including but not limited to (1) slight product measurement variation, (2) Minor item imperfections, (3) slight variations on product colour from website images, (4) self-inflicted damages to the product will NOT be deemed as damaged or faulty caused by Food Forge or the manufacturer of the product.

If you receive a defective item, the wrong item or the wrong quantity, please accept our sincere apologies. As our products are perishable in nature, please contact us immediately within 3 days from the date of receipt if it comes with its original purchase receipt and packaging. We will resend the correct item to you and refund the return shipping costs due to our error.

Limitation of Liability
Food Forge shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on this site or the performance of the products, despite Food Forge has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Applicable law may not allow the limitation of exclusion of liability or incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.        

Typographical Errors
In the event that a Food Forge product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Food Forge reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Food Forge reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Food Forge shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

Termination of T&Cs
These T&Cs are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These T&Cs, or any part of them, may be terminated by Food Forge without notice at any time, for any reason.
